How would you like to make sure your team is maximizing its strengths? It is surprising how few teams are.
Gallup Research has shown that only 16% of CEOs feel they are adequately using their strengths and that the higher you go in an organization the less likely you are to use your strengths. Some of the most important work I do is to help individuals and teams understand their strengths and put them to better use. I believe we should only do what we are best at and leave the rest to someone else.
